Flight Centre Appoints Zay Ferguson-Nair as Customer Experience Leader

Flight Centre Travel Group South Africa has appointed Zay Ferguson-Nair as its new Customer Experience Leader, who steps into the role after an impressive 13-year journey with the travel group.

Ferguson-Nair joined the Flight Centre Travel Group’s (FCTG) Bedford Centre store in 2012 – spending almost seven years in retail travel before joining Corporate Traveller – one of the Group’s corporate travel brands – first as an Operations Consultant, and later as a Customer Success Manager, managing some of Corporate Traveller’s top clients.

“Zay has built a reputation for insightful leadership, driving growth, and building strong client relationships,” says Euan McNeil, Managing Director of FCTG SA. “It is a well-deserved opportunity and a significant milestone in her career.”

For Ferguson-Nair, it’s the right role at the right time.

“Flight Centre has been my professional home for well over a decade, and my passion lies in creating travel experiences that truly add value for our customers,” says Ferguson-Nair.

Her appointment, effective from 1 August 2025, reflects Flight Centre’s ongoing commitment to exceptional service and developing talented leaders within the business.
