TAAG’S NEW WEBSITE IS LIVE, LEVERAGING THE COMPANY DIGITAL FOOTPRINT

Following the company’s commitment to excellence and greater customer experience, TAAG Angola Airlines has recently launched its new website. This website is a value-added proposition for customers, passengers, and general audiences. The platform is available in four languages (Portuguese, English, French, and Spanish), and offers seamless navigation and easy access to key functionalities, including bookings, ticket acquisition, online check-in, seat quotation, multipoint routes, and other useful information.

Aligned with the best commercial practices in aviation, TAAG is focused on digitalisation, striving to establish the new website as the preferred platform for customers and passengers to request services. The website offers a range of benefits, including full autonomy, 24-hour self-service options, agility, and security.

The website has been fully optimised to provide a user-friendly and visually appealing experience. It processes commands faster, offers interactive features, and is mobile responsive.

Furthermore, the website will continue to implement new features, one of which is the plusgrade tool. This tool, subject to the terms and conditions, enables passengers with confirmed/purchased tickets to request an upgrade.

By embracing innovation, quality, and convenient services, TAAG demonstrates its ongoing commitment to customers. The new website is just one milestone in the company’s comprehensive modernisation and digitalisation process.
